This stylish restaurant in the heart of central London is the perfect spot for a fun evening with friends, families or that special someone. Tapas, literally meaning ‘top’, is named after the little bites which were placed over the rim of the glass in order to keep the flies out on a hot afternoon. However, the tapas themselves are now the focus of this top Covent Garden restaurant.
Salvador & Amanda’s Convent Garden locale serves up fresh and delicious tapas, as well as a range of top-notch wines, beers and cocktails throughout the week. On Tuesday Wednesday nights, you’ll also be able to enjoy some live Flamenco; a great accompaniment to your evening. It’s impossible to choose just one dish at Salvador & Amanda (and with tapas, it’s simply not done!) however if we had to choose, it would have to be the Patatas Con Piquillo; baked potatoes with, piquillo, peas and tomato sauce topped with an egg. That and a glass of El Diablo sangria makes for the perfect snack or pre-theatre dinner!
Make sure you reserve a table at Salvador and Amanda restaurant in Covent Garden before you arrive, as they tend to be packed throughout the week (a good sign, we think). Of course, when you book a table with DiscoEat, you can also enjoy an amazing discount of up to 50% off your meal. More money for cocktails, we think!
